I was skeptical at first because my daughter has sensitive skin, and ive never purchased anything feom Instagram. But when i seen this product and the before and after pictures. So i bought this for my daughter cause at her age and body changes she was getting bad acne and also she had black on her neck that was difficult to scrub off but this cream is what it is .....
Definitely helps with dry skin without irritating! I've used it on my eczema or dry patches, my 7 year old recently started getting heat rashes and it's been helping soothe her and ik because she asks for it anytime it itches. Even my bf enjoys using it on his face

Great texture, smell and application. No issues
I loved this product and this is my third order. The first was unscented and I loved it. The second was scented and it had a irish spring-like, fresh scent and I loved it. This third order (made on NOV 2, 2023) however, I don't know what happened, maybe while they were cooking the balm it got burned or something. This third order smells either like burnt graham crackers or a burned marshmallow with a hint of vanilla. The scent is very off putting especially because I also purchased the neem body wash and it smells like the second balm order so they don't really go together. I wish they put the option of what type of scent we would like. Luckily the formula is still helping my skin and keeping it hydrated. I will manage this for now but my next order I'll just buy the unscented one.
